If you want Queens instead of Brooklyn โ€” take the 7 train to Vernon Blvdโ€“Jackson Ave. Gantry Plaza State Park has the iconic Pepsi-Cola sign with the full Midtown skyline behind it. Walk south to Hunters Point South Park for an even wider, quieter view โ€” the entire East Side of Manhattan glowing across the water. Two parks, zero crowds, best skyline views in NYC.
